Well, lots actually—every letter of an acronym can stand for something. Take for instance the acronym from Urban Dictionary, IYKWIM, translated as, “If you know what I mean.” It’s an extreme example of an acronym and definitely a source of extreme confusion. You’d probably want to use it only with your more astute texting friends and certainly not in a business communication.
