I’ve been working with Mobius Vendor Partners, CustomerCount® and Bob Kobek for nearly a decade. Over the span of that professional relationship Bob has always expressed the desire to build a coalition of professionals, each with a different skill set and expertise to share best practices, innovative ideas and business development.
Along side that vision, CustomerCount introduced WRAP (Worldwide Research Analytics Program), an expanded analysis program that that combines touchpoint sentiment and accuracy with vacation and hospitality industry expertise and insights. WRAP includes qualitative and quantitative analysis with executive reporting, brand management and digital reputation management.
Wrapped into WRAP (if you will) are brilliant analytical insights based on CustomerCount’s on-site customer feedback system’s robust reporting and a team of industry professionals with comprehensive resources to support solution- based marketing, communications and strategic analysis for each other’s clients. A loosely knit team of colleagues, the WRAP group has a common purpose of providing the best for their own and each other’s clients.
As primarily a single practitioner this form of non-mandatory collaboration is a unique opportunity to not only expand my own skills but also to bring original ideas back to my existing and future clients.
